xcode: XCode IOS committee with Android Debug Bridge

I would like to communicate with an Android device from IOS application, i know... Why would anyone want to do this? I do..

I suspect using the NDK in some way maybe possible http://ift.tt/PowK40, however I'm not quite talented enough to work this out.

Any help would be really appreciated.
