How do I make h3 titles match in height?

I have a related products section on my shop and the titles vary from 1 line to 3 lines and obviously also change with screen size to take up more or less lines. Can anyone help me make the 4 product title the same height as each other to fit the biggest title but vary depending on how much space is needed when screen size changes please? I have a screenshot of the example but can't post it as I don't have 10 reputation.
